...have a different colours?
Human's skin changing colour is DUE to evolution.
Example 1: People in the tropical regions will eventually tan because of the sun BUT in a couple of million or thousand years they will eventually turn black (skin colourwise) assuming his family tree expands.
Example 2: If a black man went to the Northern Hemisphere (Canada, Russia, UK etc...) he would eventually turn WHITE in a couple of thousand years or millions assuming his family tree expands.
Because our skin NEEDS protection from the sun our skin turns whatever colour to suit that environment. E.g. You need LESS protection as you go to colder climates and MORE protection in hotter climates so that you do not develop "conditions"...
BUT how do you explain this? Why would God need to give us different colours? Why NOT the same? This PROVES evolution DOES exist. Sometimes its fast; sometimes it's slow...

Muslims deny Darwins theory of evolution due to its defects but we do not reject the whole process of evolution as we believe the creation of universe was completed in six stages not in six days.
Hope you understand our point of view.

Actually, I don't think that it matters what ANYONE believes. What matters is [what is true?]. If I jump off of a tall building and simply say that I don't believe in gravity, my beliefs will not matter. I will get hurt and/or die regardless of my belief. We will all jump off into eternity someday; therefore the claims on what the various religions have to say in regards to what happens afterwards is very important. I am a Christian and have investigated the many beliefs out there and have found the sound basis on which Christianity stands. If what we believe is true ('if' for some of you and 'certainty' for those that believe), then there are many gods and only one God. That God has shown Himself in creation much in the same way that a builder is made evident by the building. This God has said that He has laws (as expressed in His commandments) and that we have broken those laws. There is punishment for breaking those laws, but He loves us so much that He offered a way to satisfy justice and save those whom He loves. He paid our fine on the cross and we can choose to accept it or to pay for it on our own which will end us up in Hell. We were created with the ability to choose. So choose.

I don't see where the problem of the Theory of Evolution comes from.
The order in which God made the world follows the evolutionary path.
One day for humans is the blink of an eye for God we are told, so that deals with the time factor.
Why should religion and evolution be considered incompatable?

If that is the case, why aren't the people of the same latitudinal area the same color? There are indigenous brown people in the Arctic as well as indigenous white people. There are indigenous brown people in the tropics as well as indigenous black people. They have inhabited these areas for thousands of years. Why aren't they all the same color? Even supposing your argument were true, that would be a case of adaptation, not evolution.
The Quran says that Allah created is into different nations and tribes so that we would know each other and not fight one another. These different nations act as counterpoints to each other, teaching each other through our differences. They are also a test for each other, to see if we can get along or if we will fight.
Furthermore, the Quran states that we have been created in stages. I don't have a problem saying there have been modifications to the human species over time. But to say that we somehow spontaneously evolved from highly charged liquid is like saying a jumbo jet spontaneously built itself from the junk in my garage.

The skin has wonderful protective responses. In the deeper layers of the epidermis are cells that produce melanin, the pigment that gives the skin its color. Melanin actually protects the skin from the sun’s radiation. It increases on exposure to the sun and moves up, or is transferred to the upper layers of the skin to the skin-surface. That is why the skin gets tanned on sun-exposure. The skin surface in dark skins contains much more melanin. In other words, the more the melanin, the darker the skin. The transfer of melanin to the skin surface, or skin tanning, is actually a protective mechanism and according where in the world you are you have more or less of melanin, and is not because evolution but God in His infinite wisdom designed us this way.

not all christians are totally against the idea of revolution, i'm certainly not. the thing is that we have to remember that the bible is up for interpretation, especially some of the genesis stuff, yes it says god made earth in seven days, does that mean it's exactly how it happened? no. the people that wrote the bible explained the things they saw or heard of happening with the best explanations they had at the time. no one two thousand years ago had a clue about the big bang of evolution, but science grows and gets better, that doesn't mean that everything the bible says is completely false and useless. have we never heard of metaphors?

Actually most Jews do believe in evolution. Evolution does not conflict with the Torah; in fact the Torah suggests evolution. We just believe that no matter where we came from, either a big ball of goo or the big bang or something else, that G-d must have created either the big ball of goo or the big bang.
You shouldn't generalize.

Yeah... I'm all for evolution, it's the only theory which fits the facts, but... this is a poor argument. You need to do some more studying of the difference between macroevolution and microevolution.
Here's a better one:
If new species cannot evolve and all humans came Adam and Eve, were they also infected with every modern disease and parasite exclusive to humans (smallpox, AIDS, syphillis, ebola, etc)? Why didn't they die almost immediately?

This doesn't prove evolution is true. How does the need for skin protection alter our DNA to produce darker or lighter skin? You are proposing that offspring inherit the acquired characteristics of their parents. This would be like saying that a family of bodybuilders over millions of years would eventually just start producing muscle-bound children.
All this proves is that groups of people with distinctive characteristics have been breeding in certain regions for generations.
Why would God NOT want to give us different colors? He created different colors of everything else; why change with us?

It's hardly proof of evolution. It's not beyond God to give people different skin colours is it. He made the world and all in it so he knows how dark or light skin should be. Is there proof that skin has changed colour over the years? I don't believe the earth is old enough for people to have 'evolved' their skin anyway, they are whatever God made them to be.
