Many have referend to John 10:16. If you read that in context it dosen't seem to support your argument.

based on the fact that the scriptures that were presented didn't and weren't applied correctly. I have to agree with the "Best Answer"

Nope. LDS church teachings also contradict the Bible in many places.

Please consider reading Ezekiel 37: 15-28. It talks of two sticks, an ancient method of written communications that would one day be joined together. The Stick of Judah is the Holy Bible, scriptures of the eastern hemisphere. The Stick of Joseph is the Book of Mormon, scriptures of the western hemisphere.
The Bible attests to the divinity and mission of Jesus Christ. So does the Book of Mormon. As the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints believe, the two sticks have been united as one.

The Bible is a record kept by the people who lived in the Middle East, and the Book of Mormon is a record kept by another group of people as they left that area, crossed the ocean, and lived on the American continent. The Bible is a testament or witness of Christ, and the Book of Mormon is, as the subtitle of the Book of Mormon says, “Another Testament of Jesus Christ.” The two books support each other.
John 10:16 And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd.

Does the book of Mormon support the Bible?
I have not read a whole lot of the book of Mormon. If that book teaches the doctrine (it probably does) the Mormons teach then NO.
They teach building upon a new foundation other than the original Apostles. The Bible clearly tells no other foundation cam be laid than that which is laid.

Only so far as many of the stories in the Book of Mormon are lifted from the Bible, with a few of the details changed here and there.

John 10:16 states that he has other sheep not of the fold of israel I also interperet this to mean aliens as well but the book of mormon is well what it is another testament of Jesus Christ. I dont really see them contradicting if thats what your asking.

Parts of the Bible were used in the Book of Mormon. So the parts that Joseph Smith took out of the Bible; sure.
The other parts . . . sorry. Even the history presented is false.
I met a Mormon that I was convinced was saved. He knew that it was all about trusting Jesus. He would get quite animated about it too.
I hope that I get to see him again some day.
