There are those in the medical profession who say he did not die on the cross. When they pierced his side "blood and water" came out. Dead people do not bleed. Beyond that there are stories that Jesus, his brother Judas and his mother went east after the crucifiction. Mary died just before they reached India. Judas stayed in India and Jesus went on to Pakistan where in fact he did die at a ripe old age and his tomb is still there today.

Mel Gibson's film career would have tanked alot sooner if that had been the case. The Passion of the Christ would have been a way different movie.

Of course you do realize that as a perfect (sinless) human being, he would not have died by any means outside of execution... he wouldn't have aged beyond about 30.

I can't wait to hear some of the answers to this. Had he stuck it out till 80 he could have written his own autobiography too instead of leaving it up to people who never even met him.

He came to do what He was meant to do...Die for our sins when He knew it was time, all things were in place for it to happen and it didnt take place when He was 80..so what?
