i'm 14 and i don't need a GF(so my dad says)but, you should bump into him "by accident", or say hi and talk small & then become friendsand then maybe he'll b your BF.

Well start out as friends. Once you get comfortable around him, you guys will hang out casually. Then maybe you can make your move then. I mean I'm 15 and now best friends with the guy I like (started being his friend in March)
So I'm just waiting for the right time.

Haha. Go ask him yourself. I don't hate it, but dislike it when girls still think it's a man's job to make the first move. Oh, and you don't need to go out with anyone at this age. Wait, trust me. A relationship is restricting and at times can be boring. Really boring.

Whatever you do, be yourself and don't be fake! Strike up conversation with this guy and exchange numbers/email addresses if possible, then take it from there.
Also, please bare in mind that you can't FORCE anyone to like you/ask you out.

They're not particular at that age. Anything will do as long as it's a female.
