banana, 2 peices of whole wheat toast w/ natural peanut butter, non fat yogurt, apple, salad w/ grilled chicken, french vanilla iced latte w/ skim milk & zero calorie sugar.


was this all healthy? will i lose or gain weight from this?

i'm 5'4 & weigh about 140 right now.. i gained about 11 pounds.. i want to lose about 15-20.

Eat it 4 to 5 times a day and make sure you get some exercise in too. How much weight would you like to loose?

It depends if your a girl or a guy. Men should have atleast 1000 more calories then women.

YES. YOU SHOULD LOSE WEIGHT. AS LONG AS YOU'RE EATING AND NOT STARVING YOURSELF. FRUITS, VEGETABLES, AND ALOT OF FLUIDS. A LITTLE EXER¢ISE WOULD ALSO BE A HEALTHY START.
