I've been translating this phrase to and from Latin in online translators for a while, and still can't find a good match. The closest I can get is "in omnis res rei par," which I like the sound of, but I'm not sure if it's correct or even has the same meaning as the aforementioned English phrase.

Simplest is probably ~ in omnibus par
(referring to one person equal to others in all things)

There is a quote from Cicero which goes
..in his omnibus par iis, quos antea commemoravi
"..in all these things equal to those whom I mentioned before.."

Forget about the machine translators. They can't cope with a complex language like Latin.
What you got does not mean anything, it's just a string of words.
You can look up your words on http://lysy2.archives.nd.edu/cgi-bin/words.exe?

and find out their meaning, but there is nothing invented yet that would reliably give you a proper Latin expression of more than 2 words.

You could use "Par in omnibus rebus", but that can also mean "partner in all things", or even "opponent in all things". To avoid the double meaning, you could use "aequalis" instead of "par", but that's more like "on the same level", or "fair"

I suggest:
omnibus in rebus par
(if the reference is singular)

...pares
(if the reference is plural masc. or fem.)
paria
(if the reference is plural neutr.)

Instead of "par" you can also use "aequus, -a, um" and - derivated from it - "aequalis, -e" (latter one is the original word for "equal").

(If you are courageous you may say: "omnia par" - this "omnia" (acc. pl. n.) is the accusativus respectus - answering the question: "equal conerning what?" - concerning all things.)
