Hersheys has started to advertise Kisses with personal messages on the little strip of paper. Find their website and look there. There are also sites for small chocolatiers that will make chocolates to any shape you want. Google them.

Search for Chocolates on the Internet and buy them. The Guitar Picks, not sure, but you can search for it on the Internet and buy them. Now isn't that easy?

I'd say ask the local chocolatier. If you don't have one near you, look at the M&M website. You can personalize M&Ms! Or try Harry & David's website. They bend over backwards to keep customers happy.
