Have your child's doctor refer her to an endocrinologist. There are numerous causes of short stature. Some are genetic, some involve the pituitary or the thyroid gland.
If appropriate, the doctor will recommend human growth hormone by injection. The injections are taken several times a week, sometimes daily, and are rather expensive. Insurance may cover some of the expense if there is an underlying condition causing the short stature.

I strongly recommend that you don't use any growth enhancing drugs to make yourself grow at a faster rate. If you're only 13, you still have a lot of growing left. My good friend was 5'0'' when he went into high school in freshman year, but now he's 5'11''. Also, my brother was 5'4'' until his senior year and he's now 5'10'' and a bodybuilder. You're only at the beginning of puberty, so just let puberty work itself and you'll grow at a healthy rate, and eventually will be taller than 5'2''.

Lack of sleep can prevent proper growth. Get at least 7 hours of sleep per night.
Drinking milk may help you get taller, but it might make you fatter. Drink one or two glasses of milk a day.
Hanging onto a bar or something helps to lengthen your spine and will, in the long run, increase your height.

Females usually stop growing at 15 and often earlier but sometimes growth continues after 15.
Try a Yahoo search for "grow taller naturally" but please beware of scams.
Human growth hormone is a very dangerous substance and can only be prescribed by a doctor for a medical problem.

Under eating and under sleeping can, to some extent, stunt your height growth. Exercise does not help your height growth and smoking can actually reduce your potential height by a whole inch.
You can see further tips in a web search to grow taller naturally.

growth hormone shots? To me I think those steroids could be harmful and if given should be done the sooner the better. I heard of the knee/leg breaking that makes the child legs longer. It's painful too.
Maybe someone below will have more info. I don't supose to be online atm.
Good luck.

Hi,
I am a dermatologist by profession and within a careeer of 10 years I have seen lots of acne problems. According to me Red and white pimples are the worst and painful. Acneprone skin is very sensitive, even if you touch it once the redness will increase with itching. According to me there is no magical way to heal your pimples over night as this is the puffed part of your skin due to the bacteria.
In simple words try to improve your diet and have lots of water that helps in healingg process. Un-necessary oily food should be avoided to get a healthy spotless skin.
