Your only 13 and need some expert advice,but remember to take it easy I'm 28 5'4 and 128 not much different from you and I look just fine but still working on my self as well but like I said I'm much older,so here's a little advice thats not too drastic. Try changing your diet. A salad for lunch not to heavy on the condiments like cheese/bacon/etc,etc,etc.... Lots of water,little to no soda,tea,or sports drinks. Cereal is good to try the kashi or kellogs special K with the fruit in it. Eat it as a snack or small meal to help fill you up. Exercise,walking,stetching,and a little weight lifting should help. No matter what you've seen on t.v. or heard there is no real miracle pill or machine to help you lose weight,just food changes and exercise. I had to learn the hard way. If you do decide to do somthing drastic think twice it will only make your weight worse,and harder to lose. If you need an energy boost try drinking herbal green tea 15 minutes before a work out,even a small cup of coffee can help and then a big glass of water a few minutes after to get your body hydrated and ready to exercise. You should probably be able to lose 20 pounds by december,as for your belly also do some crunches in the morning and at night for 10 mins before bed and when out of bed.hope this helps.

By December is not an unreasonable goal. It's all the usual stuff: eat less, exercise more. Weight Watchers does have teen groups; you could look into that if you feel you need structure. At your age, don't do anything too drastic, like fasting. It's not healthy while your body is still growing.
Add: Would somebody please explain to me why I'd have three thumbs down for what is a perfectly reasonable answer?
