I have asked many questions about the flawed theology of the WBTS....and answered many questions posted concerning JW's.

Over and over again they resort to calling me names...blocking my questions and answers, and resorting to very unchristian tactics.

Why? I worship at a Baptist church ( I do not refer to myself as a Baptist) and people criticize the theology that I believe in all of the time, and I do not call them liars, or names, or bash them?>., I actually go into the scriptures and see if they have a point..Isn't this what God calls us to do?

Whether you call me a Liar, or an apostate or a troublemaker....is no skin off my back, but I can point out how unloving and unchristian your behaviour is.

Ishvarlan....I know of only 2 JW's who do not have their replies blicked, andyou are one of them......This is part of my ministry, to expose what I believe to be an organization that follows false doctrine...like I said, people criticise my beliefs all of the time...I investigate their claims..It is important and a command from God to do so..."worship in spirit and truth" and all that stuff.

trk...interesting point...but..my abuse was covered up by the Elders, and my Father was protected, which involves at least the members of that particular Kingdom Hall.....Remimber, he is an Elder....Take into consideration that I believe with my entire being, that it is possable that all witnesses will die at armageddon unless they repent....now...is it possable that I have a passion for something that I know a great deal about and am hoping to help some through Gods guidence to salvation? also Baptists do not call exBaptists Apostates.

I understand how dedicated you are....I know how much of your life that this consumes....and I understand that for you to even question what you are tought constitutes reasons for you to be at least brought before the elders and if it contunues, diciplined or disfellowshipped.....does this make sense to you in your soul?.........don't you question why you have to be so accepting of everything without question...

I think the best thing to point our is always how Jesus reacted during his conversation. you will notice that during his dilog with the Pharisees they often resorted to name calling, In John 8 they say to Jesus they are not illegitimate children, verse 41, and also they called him a Samaritan, implying the his mother Mary had had him before Marriage with an unknown father. A Samaritan was half Jewish half Gentile. Jesus maintained his composure and continued asking them the questions they needed to hear and answering with God word.

Often people who do not have truth, as well as people who know truth but are unsure about it will resort to name calling when confronted with GOds Truth. If what we say is the truth of God the only way to respond to it is with something less, sin.

I find this happens to me allot of the time as well, I think the best way to deal with it is to ask a questions like Jesus did. I know from past emails to you.....oh by the way I read your profile now and want to thank you for the conversation so far and the links.

Yeah Jesus used Questions to get to his point, I believe this is the best approach, For example when Jesus talked with the Sadducee's about the afterlife he knew there background. and the question he asked them was this How can you not belive in life after death when you lead saying " I am the father of Abraham Isaac And Joseph" shows you its the truth.

He understood what they believed, only in the first 5 books, and that this saying was their motto. if you look the saying says I AM the father not I WAS the father. if they were dead he would have said I WAS right. Jesus knew what they belived and showed them there fault by asking.

Me must understand the JW's as I know you do, us the word of God to show them using questions that the watchtower is a false prophet. THey might name call and get angry but then you know the word of GOd is at work. And God tells us it will always be fretful. Make them think about what they belive as Jesus did. They will lie in bed trying to get around it but if it is Gods truth it is in there hearts and then they will have to make a choice, except of deny.
I believe you are doing well if you get to the point of name calling and it will return frightful if you use Gods word.

God bless

PS I had a profile once here a while ago and had a long email conversation with achtung Heiss. He told me he was not A JW and I cought him in a lie. I have the letters on file still.
See the Psalms tell us we become like the gods we worship, psalm 115 "Those who make them [idols] will be like them, and so will all who trust in them."

THe watchtower lies and there followers will as well too. I have experienced it personally with Achtung Heiss. As I said I still have his words saved. But GOd will remember them better than I and he will be held accountable for this. keep up the good work

God bless In Jesus.

Well first off, from what I can tell you are the one who has marked your questions and answers as private. Which is totally your right. It isn't a persons duty to leave all of their questions and answers as public. Some people like to keep things private. Is that a problem??

Secondly, while sadly everyone makes a mistake now and then, and at times our tounges, or in this case, fingers get ahead of us and we may say or type something inappropriate, I have read many of your questions and answers. Most were, in my opinion, rather rude. In your opinion they might not have been, allot of this boils down to opinion.

If someone feels you are a troublemaker, IE, someone who is stirring up trouble, that is their right is it not?

Cute, but no, I never said I have a problem with someone wanting privacy. I only mentioned that you complain of others doing it, while you yourself seem to have a problem with it. I at times decide to make, for instance, my yahoo 360 page private, because I at that point feel a need for privacy, My choice. All I was trying to point out was that for instance, if I criticised someone else for doing the same thing, it might seem hippo critical :D

I am fairly certain my opening question has remained the same, sorry for any confusion caused by the adding on to the end of my answer.

Anyone who has been baptized a Jehovah's Witness and leaves and joins another church in most cases has turned apostate. Not ever case, but when you add the spreading of slander, or when the sole intent is to discredit the Witnesses, then it does turn to apostasy. Which having been a witness as you claim, you should know that.

No one is saying that you weren't abused by your father....you say you were, so I guess it is true. However, Jehovah's Witnesses did not make your Dad abuse you, nor did they turn him into a pedofile. I'm sorry that you had to go through that, I too have been abused by a uncle and a cousin (both were raised Southern Baptist) I do not blame the Baptist church for what they did, nor do I dwell on it. You really need to get on with your life and be happy.

You may feel that Jehovah's Witnesses are wrong, but 7 million people do not agree with you. You need to consider that your "ministry" maybe talking not only against Jehovah's Witnesses, but more importantly against Jehovah himself. But then since your Baptist, you don't believe in Jehovah anymore.....

By the way, I haven't seen one Witness get on here and say "Baptist, why do you do this or why do you that???

edit: I have no reason to question my faith. I have studied for years and have the scriptural and even historical evidence as proof. You left when you were young because you were angry and now that anger has turned to hate. It is your choice to feel that we are wrong. Just as I feel the Baptist have wrong teachings. Our ministry is suppose to be based on love of neighbor, not hate. Was this the way Jesus taught his disciples to preach? Was this what he said to preach about? Matt 24: 14

I have notice that they can be quite ugly to ones that question their past or try to show them from the Bible flaws in their beliefs..They are rude..and very unloving and not very Christian at all..I have too, notice that they will call them liars and or apostates all the time! That is just not Christian at all.

achtung_heiss..Have you ever had your answers and questions private? I have looked at many of the JW's profile and many, of them are private. Mine is private as well..That doesn't mean I am hiding anything.

Surely you are not denying calling former JW's liars..you and many of the other JW's..? Surely you are not denying calling them apostates ..and even evil sometimes..? I have seen it many times..IF you deny that this is not the case , then you are not being truthful.

It's nice to see that you are open enough to look at the flaws that are mentioned. I will never believe that the bible is the word of God, I will always see it as someone's interpretation of God. Most of it, I take with a grain of salt but I do like the parables (especially the prodigal son).

The pattern of slandering the ones who leave was started with Joe Rutherford when some left in disgust during his hostile corporate takeover of the Watchtower Society. Those who stayed were the "faithful and discreet slave" while those who left were the "evil slave."

They've just kept it up. The pattern in engrained in the brains of every witness. The articles they read... the talks they listen to... are all about the "evil apostates" who want to "beat Jehovah's faithful servants."

It's the direction of the mother ship. Of course they're going to respond that way. It's the rare one who can be objective. How many of them can accept the possibility that those of us who quit did it for altruistic reasons? To accept that is to accept the possibility that there's something wrong with their "truth." If they do that, the crack in their paradigm of existence with grow and they will struggle to resist its inroads.

Sounds like generalization 2 me... name-callin ain't my flava.

I'm more of the sarcastic type.
Of course, I really only take offense to ppl who try 2 point out flaws in JW doctrine in order to appear superior, when they obviously follow flawed traditions themselves. Anybody that has legitimate beef with us has my permission 2 speak, because I'd be powerless to try 2 stop you anyway. Otherwise I'd have 2 try 2 shut down every anti-JW website in existence, which we all know is impossible.

It is like a person walking around in the dark and stub their toe they say ow. The JWs walk around bump into truth and say apostate.

So now all the end table are apostates, the coffee table is a liar and the door jabs troublemakers.

ow, ow, oh, oh, somebody get the lights.

ROFL.

Well you ought to see the comment I just got on my blog after posting my revised testimony! lol

It always amazed me how a person can get a thumbs up or a thumbs down on their personal experience, as it is just that: their PERSONAL experience. They aren't saying it's the standard for everyone, just that it happened to them.

In my testimony, I gave God the glory for leading me out of the bondage of the WTS and into the liberty of His Grace, and I was referred to as angry and spiteful (or similar words to that effect).

Since JWs never stand up in church and give their personal testimonies, I can only assume that they don't know what it means to do so. So, for the record, it is your PERSONAL account of the kind of lifestyle that God led you out of and how He has blessed you. We use it as a tool to His glory.

There is nothing mean or spiteful about telling the world your experience and your experience is nothing for someone to judge you upon because they weren't there. They don't know what happened. Only you know, so it is only YOUR story to tell. Get it, people?
