If so, any guess about how much?

Plasma donation replaces blood plasma with saline, so I'm thinking that if Cholesterol is in plasma, it would. However, if cholesterol is in the RBCs, it wouldn't.

I don't know where the cholesterol is.

It could be possible, but i'd imagine there wouldn't be too much research on it. But factually, when people donate blood they do say it does lower your cholesterol. I'd imagine that donating plasma could, to an extent. It'd remove some of the cholesterol that's in the blood, since it is dissolved in the plasma(same for electrolytes, hormones, clotting factors).

Donating plasma does not reduce your cholesterol concentration. It sends out cholesterol, sugar, etc . But that is not of any use. You get benefit only if you can selectively donate cholesterol. That is not possible.
