As a romantic type i'd say yes. This modern world is soo screwed in it's view of special relationships. It's almost like relationships are seen as fast food. You get it quick, eat it up,then discard with little thought. We should learn from our parents and grandparents and marry one good man or woman, and compromise through lifes up's and downs, instead of running for divorce at the first sign of trouble.
However people in more traditional countries still hold on to the old ideals.Which is hope.
So it does exist, but peoples attitudes need to change for the better.

I believe that true happiness does exist however I don't believe that true happiness needs to be eternal happiness. I think that being 'happy' is a feeling that transcends all others and in a sense takes us to another level where everything is perfect and nothing can burst that bubble. So in that sense, I believe it is impossible to feel 'happiness' without knowing contrasting feelings of sadness or disappointment. How can you feel true love if you feel an equal amount of happiness to every human being on this planet? Similarly, without knowing the pain of losing a loved one how can you truly appreciate and be happy for the short time you have with those you love? If you were warm everyday, how could you appreciate the gentle warmth of sunlight? If you were never cold and hungry how could you appreciate a warm meal? If you never failed at anything how could you be happy when you finally succeeded? So in this sense, I believe true happiness does exist, but it is supposed to be fleeting and that is why it is so precious. Those moments where you feel happy differ from your normal everyday experience and that is why they are so exceptional.

i think it does but its alot harder to find because in my school people can be going out for a day and already be saying i love and i think you really have to know everything about a person so personally before you can even start to respect them and then eventually love them....which takes time time and work and some people just arent willing to do that
i think true love does exsist we just have to work for it
and i think people take the word love for granted because the more it is said the more value it loses
and if people say love even after a day it makes it alot easier to get hurt because you believe you have reached that point in a relationship

I would have to say no. In the early days people loved each other for who they were and how they treated that other person. Now in days people love what looks right in societies eyes. I doesn't make anysense, I wish and pray will all my heart that individuals start to love for love, not love for money and benefits.
so, NO True love does not exsist!

Yes it does. I am 44 ( TODAY ) and I found my true love only 1 year ago. I understand people who choose to wait because of careers and so forth but for me I was just waiting for it to happen.

Yes it does, I believe this for sure. I think there's a person out there for everyone, the world is just so screwed up, it's hard to find your true love out there.

I believe it still exists. But most people never find true love because most people have relationships for s_x and not to be with them for ever

I would like to think it does... I think it just takes time to find it now because there are just so many people and because some people tend to marry the wrong person...
