My fiancee from France and I are here in the USA. I am an American. She is visiting me on a visa waiver. How many times a years can she visit me? Do you have any experiences with this? Any advice? Any advice on marriage process in USA and France? Thanks.

I think you shouldn't worry about that
Administrative links are alright between our 2 countries, one of my friends recently married his American fiancee in Paris (noooo he wasn't Tony Parker ;-) )
the great issue I think will be where both of you will live and who will own what (in case of divorce and for tax reasons)
I know the French law regarding those issues, but I don't know the American one.
at least, has she already taught you a few notions of French?!?

An American and French can marry either in France or USA as long as their documents are complete and they have no impediments under the law.
