Put out an assortment of the following for everyone to pick their own choices.....
Cheese, butter, crispy bacon pieces(you can also get a soy substitute for the vegetarians and they taste exactly the same, if not better) sauteéd mushrooms, chives, garlic/chive butter, sour cream, horseradish, some might like bolonaise sauce or nacho/taco meat with the kidney beans, shredded chicken..... oh and don't forget the salt and freshly ground pepper.
The list just goes on and on. But these are some of my family's favourites.
Hope this helps and have a great day night!!!
xx K

I like to use up my cooked chicken by mixing it with sliced spring onions Mayonnaise and curry paste, makes a great topping for baked potatoes, also like Tuna and sweet corn mixed with mayonnaise, and a little chili power and mango chutney.

;-D Oh my`' goodness.. I'm sOo SARrR,'ee!! But you'll see CHEESE here also !! But see it does'nt have to be ?? drenched or smothering of the cheese on something !! just an amount that hints that cheese in-deed plays a SMALL part in your creation !! So why not also trying...black-pepper-[sour~cream & BACON bits or rather crumble up some bacon that you'd make in a micro~wave !! give it'6' minutes ~!?!.,.

add very strong cheese and chopped onion...

curry the beans...

do cheese and potato pie...

boil spud and onions together, dont peel the spuds just wash em... (AND CUT THEM) do baked beans and add some chilli (tabasco) and a teaspoon of sugar and salt (demerera sugar or black treacle wil do nicely)

mash the spuds/onion and add cheese, and cover the beans in a deep pan.. put the rest of the cheese on top and bang it in the oven for 45 mins... if you seal the bean mix undewr teh spuds, youget a volcano effect, so put a tray under it!

and you can add whever you like to the beans.... or teh spuds, cost around 2 quid to feed 8 people, or 4 guys who work for a living... and it makes great dinner butties for later...

Wow...I must live a sheltered life when it comes to baked potatoes. I never heard of most of these things on them and I just skimmed the list. I suggest:

French onion dip
Alfredo sauce

Tesco does sandwich fillers which are also great for jacket potatoes. I like either the coronation chicken or chicken tikka. Or sometimes I buy a tin of chilli and have that, it's really yummy.

I like cottage cheese sometimes on mine.

Have you tried cheese and bacon?

I prefer mine with just a bit of butter and salt and pepper, sometimes some sour cream
