You maybe washing your hands too often or using a very harsh soap.
This cause dryness.

This may also happen due to excess heat in your body.

Nothing to worry about. Just try moisturizing your hands.

Be careful my Wife got a fungus that attacked the oil glands in the Tough skin of the hands and feet. I got it under control with Zinc oxide ointment. Zinc oxide will kill all types of fungus . If it has killed a lot of oil gland u may need to use a lot of hand lotion to keep the tough skin lubricated until nature replaces the ones u lost.
