Friend: The church is an institution and though it will change, it will not disappear. Humanity as a whole is always searching for answers to the problems it faces. The church provides answers based on the experiences of those who are part of it. The essential question you must ask of the church is, "Will your answer enable me to become more like Jesus?" if the answer is in the affirmative, that church will survive. If the church cannot, it will eventually kill itself.

The question is rather confusing, but if you are asking about the survival of the Church (which is the body of people believing in Jesus) no, it will not disappear. There are more Christians in the world today than ever, and the number is growing constantly as more Countries are being reached with the Gospel: examples are the former Russian States and the far east like S. Korea.

Perhaps it would be better until you are old enough to form questions. There is an age limit here.
