well, im trying to approach this girl .. we dont know each other at all. so i was thinking of something like this. ''hi, my name is ..... i cant help it but to tell you that u have a really really nice pair of eyebrows..'' her eyebrows are really beautiful and is what catches my eyes whenever i see her. So..err... will complimenting on her eyebrows scare her off and make her think that im a freak? or its absolutely okay?

well.... i say at first you should stick with the basics, hi my name is... then after getting aquainted. you can compliment her eyebrows an if it seems like she thinks your weird, laugh!! say i know it may seem a little crazy someone complimenting your eyebrows but i couldn't help but notice how beautiful they are. Then after that go into another topic. don't just keep starring at her eyebrows. lol She'll probably think your funny and sweet and she'll probably want to get to know you better.

Since I am not a woman, I don't think I could 100% give a definitive answer on this one. That being said, I wouldn't go with the eyebrows compliment. It would most definately be a little on the strange part. If you have to compliment her anywhere near her brows, you might want to play it safe by telling her that she has lovely eyes.
Rule of thumb. If you think it may scare or put her off, chances are it will. Play it a little safe until you two get to know each other better.

Inappropriate.... no. Strange....oh most definitely. Not a comment you hear every day. I would pick different phrasology, like "Hi, my name is ________. You will probably think this is strange, but I can't help but notice you have a pretty face, especially around the eyes and eyebrows. Really attention getting and captivating." (if you don't use the word 'captivating' normally, leave it off). The comment is 'normalized' somewhat, and you still compliment the feature you admire most. Maybe say she looks like an actress or singer that has similar eyebrow structure you admire.....just a thought.

Yeah, so don't say that. Because it will sound a little, no way more then strange, like you are saying you have a really nice pair of..........EYEBROWS, like something else was about to slip out, even though it wasn't. That's what I would think. I'd go with her eyes, or her smile...or even her lips. If you really like her don't go with the eyebrows. Good luck

If you really want this girl to like you, you should probably stick to something else, like eyes, or a decorative necklace or something. I know I would kind of creeped out by someone who automatically noticed my eyebrows immediately. Compliment something good about them that comes from the inside also. xS

My son used to tell girls that they have beautiful eyes but I would say mentioning eyebrows will put you in the total freak society and it will scare her off. So try this one.

I personaly would find it quite funny! If you say it with a little smile, that would be a very nice way to interact for the first time, in a unconventional way (that always impress me! Conventional is just plain boring).
Though if the girl seems more conventional type, I would just go to her to talk a little, without complimenting her..
Just talk about a fact in school, or any situation you have in common.. just to make a first smooth contact. She'll then know that you exist and you will be able to talk to her more in future occasions..

I would think complimenting the eyes would be less weird. You can tell her about the eyebrows after she knows you and likes that you're weird.

i think this would scare me off, try complimenting her eyes and say your eyebrows really make your eyes stand out or something even thats a little bit freaky.
