My friend had something like this - in the same areas too - I told him it looked like a fungal infection and it just kept looking like it was spreading over time - it did not itch and it got more red when he worked in his garden. The doctor told him to get Selsun Blue shampoo at the store and rub it into the rash. It went away a few days later.

No other symptoms? One would assume allergy, but could be just heat rash. I think you should see a doctor, because a rash does come with some illnesses, even west nile. Check out webmd.com. Good luck!

you could be allergic to your own sweat, this guy my hubby knows is just that way. but you may want to talk to your doctor.
