Where is the best place to get information on Steel tubing? (standard sizes, wall thicknesses, prices, etc)?

Standard sizes and thicknesses are available from various standards like ASTM, ASME etc. Prices will depend on grade of material, hot or cold finished, special conditions, quantity etc.

Here is a link to Ryerson's Stock List. Price varies with the current price per pound of raw material.
