There is a defination of God In Quran.If any one qualifies these 4 verses,we Muslims have no objection in call Him God.
Surah 112. The Unity
1. Say: He is Allah, the One and Only;
2. Allah, the Eternal, Absolute;
3. He begetteth not, nor is He begotten;
4. And there is none like unto Him.

A human concept of "perfection",curiously,each cultures' GOD,appears to have the attributes that THAT specific culture considers perfect.So much for 1 God
