Hi Jash!
its funny how im sitting infront of my computer with chapped lips too.
oh well..what i did was
1. get a soft toothbrush, it has to be soft.
2. get a cup/mug/bowl anything.. filled it with warm to hot water.
3. dip e toothbrush with e warm water n brush off the dead skin on your lips( do not peel).
4. take a cotton wool n dip into e warm water n leave it on your lips till its no longer warm n re-do it till abt 10mins.
and lastly slap some carmex! my favourite!
Remember: Do not use your saliva n wet ur lips no matter how dry it is, it will worsen e condition.
hope that helps!

There is a super cool South African paste called "Marmite". Im not sure what you Yanks call it. Bovril maybe? Regardless, rubbing this on your dry lips will mosturise it and heal it and be really tasty at the same time. Marmite contains Ribovlavin, an essential micro-nutrient with a key role in maintaining health in us humans. And also being intensly soothing due to its high calcium like abilites. Wow. good answer.

greatest concern is lotion, i could say! Lotion two times an afternoon. If its your face it is dry its possibly the beginning you're utilising. maximum beginning soaks into the floor inflicting inflammation. i could initiate utilising bare minerals or a type like that that doesn't soak up. in case you have Dry epidermis everywhere i could seek for help from a dr.-they sometimes can prescribe some heavy accountability creme for you. Or use infant oil or coconut oil-infant have severe-high quality epidermis for a reason!

iron's great but what about vitamins? C will help you absorb the iron better and it's good for you. my lips were killing me and the nurse told me to drink oj. try that.
oh yeah. careful with that though. if your lips are ripped even the slightest bit, the acid will burn >.<

Well drinking lots of water is good already.
Try to soak your lips in honey and leave it in over night.Makes them nice and smooth.
You can also try Olive oil.
