If someone told me to "walk this way", I would normally think that person would want me to follow him in whatever direction he goes to. If you went to finishing school or taking lessons for good etiquette, it may mean that that person would want you to copy the walking style.

If you really want to know the answer, the best thing to do is ask the person what he or she meant by that phrase. Because none of us here really tell you what that person was really trying to say. Only he or she can tell you what's on his/her mind when he/she said that.
