I would think that as the name suggests, the Detox diet helps purge the body of toxins... other benefits would be clearer skin and improved digestion. The basic facts can be found on this site, which states the Diet is a short term one.

The word diet, doesn't necessarily mean you will lose weight...!
As with most things, if you have doubts in your mind then you are already putting up a psychological block against the positive side of the process, so it may not work simply because you dont believe..!! Read the basics, clear your mind and then give it a go. Good luck.

I think it's great and really made a difference for me , but i was on it for a month it makes you feel real healthly and it gav me lots of energy. Although everybody is different and it may not work for you or you may not like it.
You can buy any of the detox supplements in a chemist or Boots, just pick the one you think would be right for you.
I mainly ate fruit all the time and drank plenty of water (this helps tp flush all bad toxins out) I ate meat or Fish once a week.
You would have to do it every 6 months id say to maintain weight loss. Try some exercise with it.
I'D give it a go if i was you you never no it might just work for you.

Well learn what you are asking about: DETOX. A detox is cleansing the physique of toxins. Your physique goes through a transformation and it's making some adjustments. New cells are being fashioned, your organs are expermenting things that it is not use to. Those things your affected by is natural and expected. That's a sign that it's working. As your body gets use to cleaning tactics you'll most commonly no longer expertise them once more. Quality job and hope you suppose on prime of the arena after this.

Did you not see that program on the TV the other night?
Medics proved that so called 'detoxing' actually harms your body more than allowing yourself a healthy varied diet.

Not tried but might if so advised by a doc.
Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.
Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.
U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

The only time a detox becomes necessary is in the event of kidney and/or liver problems. At other times, just don't bother ! ! !
