You might have to order that from an online source; run a search on the internet for "sausage casings."

Natural casings can usually be ordered from your butcher but they are a bit fiddly. They come in salted water and you have to rinse them through thoroughly which is a pain. They also go off quite quicly if you don't use them. You can get artificial ones which may be better for home use though you won't get that nice crunch when you bite into the banger.

Try this website... http://www.spokanespice.com/sausage_casings.php

They sell all their casings and ship them in a salt pack. Make sure when you get them to rinse them throughly and to make sure there are no breaks in the casing. If you don't want to wait for shipping, I would go with everyone else and say to try your local grocer or butcher. Good Luck, making sausage at home is so much fun!!!
