Of course! How else would he warn Christians of them? I'm sure you heard the term there is only one God, or there are no other Gods out of the mouth of men. They can be fallen angels like Impact said, or simply what people choose to worship...like money.

i was read a similar article a few hours ago psalm 86 is yhwh talking to the other gods saying that they were all children of the most high so maybe there is a god over all gods out there

Because He is the supreme God, He warns His people these things. God Knows that because man is created by Him he has the ability to create. So He knows that the devil will tempt them to create God that is why He gave these warnings.

I think it's interesting that monotheists have no problem believing that all gods other than their own are imaginary, but don't understand why atheists believe they're all imaginary.

If you would stop picking the Word of God apart and open your spiritual eyes and soften your heart, it would make perfect sense to you. In virtually all of your examples, "god(s)" refers to the imaginary gods of men.

Lighten up.

God recognise the presence of falsely proposed gods which are nothing just imagination or visage of satan or men or animals etc.
