First of all you have to decide why are you doing this. Is it because you believe it's healthy or want to grow muscle (lean) mass. If healthy is the goal you are not on the right track because it's not a balanced diet. Your body still needs carbs from whole grains, rice, corn, bread, vegetables, etc. As for muscle mass (again not being flabby) you must eat protein rich foods such as fish or chicken (white meat only and no skin). Other types of meat like pork & beef are fattier. Also milk & cheese aren't a good source of protein cuz it too has fat. Now going back to your question... yes it is good if your into body building or feel that taking carbs would make you fat. Just remember my advice, stick to fish or chicken breast (turkey can be a substitute).

Bread is not a protein, a balanced diet of at least 2 types of veggies, is better with your meat, fish, fowl, etc. try it for two weeks and see how much healthier you look, it's amazing. Limit Fried foods (thats death), more friut's for snacks. You can have a cheeseburger occasionally when out with friends but, I usually ask for a sliced grilled tomato instead of French fries, I just side order it and ask the waitress to skip the fries please.

I think so long as you're a marathon runner!
You need to have a well balanced diet with the correct ratio of protein, carbs, fibre etc. If you're very young then perhaps your body is telling you what it needs, but you need to bring other elements back into your diet gradually.

Proteins are required to build the body.Carbohydrates are required to provide energy for carrying out day to day work.
Too much of proteins are obviously not good.Too much carbohydrates, beyond requirement results in building up of unwanted fat.So you should have balanced diet.If you want to be scientific, you should work out your calorie requirements draw up diet/food plan ,in consultation with a doctor or specialist in diet.

It's a bad thing.
If your genes say your maximal height will be 1.70 m then you will not be taller just because of your diet.
The point is to eat equilibrated and varied food. You need healthy food all along your life. Changing your eating habits fromtime to time is wrong for your body.

i would cut out the milk and bread, too many carbs, your probly gunna die young. but the fish and meat are fine, maybe instead of milk, try heavy whipping cream, and instead of bread, try pork skins.
