It is written, "If you search for Me with all your heart, then I shall be found by you."
This is God's promise to everyone searching and looking for Him. He is a God who conceals Himself, but not so that He cannot be found. He likes to play hide and seek with His creation, especially with mankind!

Get a Bible and read it from beginning to end . Look up everything that you don't understand . I prefer the NIV (new international version). You will learn a lot about God , and where you can find Him . Bless you for seeking .

If your asking where God is, he's in another demension of which is much beyond our own, because he created us. Like a painter painting a picture, they are not in the painting, but may have some aspects of themselfs in it. For example God created us in his image. If you are looking for God, and cannot find him, its because your looking with your eyes, not your heart. God Bless!
