Depends on what your state law say...check with your DMV or the drivers handbook for your state. In some states, your graduated license won't graduate to a full fledged license.

Well, likely you will get a ticket for being out after curfew, and possibly you can be arrested and the car impounded.

Sounds like a Provisional License. Driving limited to certain hours of the day. If that is the type of license you have, you may lose it. You have proved that you do not want to obey the law.

They will prob suspend you lic from what i have seen, then you will have to pay the ticket and a reinstatement fee to get it back
