There is no such thing as sin. That is just a part of the fairytale that is christianity. If they convince you that you were born with "sin" then they can control your actions for life. They use the word morality, but I use the word ethics. For example, you steal a candy bar from 7-Eleven, is it a sin? No, but any idiot knows it wrong. What christians fear most is that someone will figure out that people were not born with sin, but born with innate knowledge and instinct about what is right, and what is wrong.
thank you

Yes, Paul goes into detail about this, but I cant find the verse right now. He say's that we are free to sin, but that doesnt mean that we should go on sinning. We are representatives of Christ and are to follow his example. Jesus said to follow his commandments and repent (turn away from) of your sins. Even though we all continue to sin after becoming Christians, we are told to try our best not too. We have to ask JESUS for forgiveness when we do sin.

God said in the OT that only blood would wash away sin. That is why Jews had to do burnt offerings. No blood sacrifice could cover all sins, except for the holy sacrifice of Jesus. Had God not offered Jesus as this sacrifice we would be bound by Gods law, that he would not alter. If God changed the Law, then he would have been a liar. God is righteous so he sacrificed his Son for you and me to fulfill the Law.

Let's say you are brought before the Judge.

You are guilty of the horrendous crimes you are charged with.

The Law says that people who do what you have done have to be put in prison until they die.

If the Judge doesn't uphold the Law, he loses any authority.

It is His job to dispense justice, and the consequences for the sins you have done are clear.

The gavel comes down. You are pronounced guilty.

Your defense attorney has nothing left to say.

The prosecution is staring at you and gloating.

The judge pronounces the sentence.

You feel weak and think you are going to vomit.

Then the unthinkable happens.

The judge stands up and removes his robe.

He says, "The law demands payment for the sins you committed. The law must be satisfied in order for there to be justice. I myself will serve your sentence and you will go free.

---------------------

That is what happened.

When we were yet sinners, Messiah Yeshua (Jesus-- who was G-d in human form) took the punishment for your sins Himself instead of seeing you do it.

He would rather die than be in heaven without you.

What will you do in response to that love?

Will you go out and do the same crimes again and expect that somehow it will be okay when the payment came at such a great cost?

Read through the Epistle of John 1, 2, and 3 and the book of James (near Revelation).

Yeshua said that if you love Him, you will obey His commands.

If you don't have a heart broken by the sins you have done and very grateful to Him, you may not really know Him at all.

You have misunderstood the whole Christian perspective.
Maybe I can simplify if for you.
1) NOBODY is perfect...everyone sins. We all know this is true, there is nobody who is as perfect as God in their heart.
2) The only payment for sin is death...the death of the spirit. God doesn't cause that, WE kill our own spirits with our sins. When we sin, we cause harm, both to ourselves and others. There is no escaping this outcome.
3) God doesn't want anyone to die. He wants everyone to come to repentance and have everlasting life, however, they have already exchanged their immortality for their own lusts.
4) The only answer is that God must pay the redemption price, otherwise, all sinners will die a spiritual death.

You won't believe this, but there are people who actually believe that God FAKED HIS OWN DEATH!!!!! I know it sounds really silly, but these folks really and honestly believe that the whole trial, crucifixion, and resurrection of Christ was a huge show, all orchestrated by "god". Nice joke on them Jews, eh, "god"?
What reason would "god" have to pull a cruel stunt like that?
What kind of idiot would trust a "god" who would do that?
Amazing, how silly some folk are, isn't it?

after Jesus Christ had paid the price for our sins by crucifying him in the cross, from now on we should avoid doing sins that is not pleasing to God, instead do what is good that is pleasing in God's eyes.
Jesus was not crucified by his father. It was the people who crucified him. God only allowed it for us to be saved from our sins. In John 3:16 it is stated that "For God so love the world that he gave his only begotten son that whosoever believes in him should not perish but have everlasting life." because God loves us, he gave his only son so that we will be saved.

No, you can't just acceot Jesus so you get to go kill people, commit adultery, steal, etc. That is not how it works.

Back in the OT days, people had to make a sacrifice when they sinned: kill a perfect specimen of an animal and offer it up. God decided to use His own Son, a perfect "lamb of God" to take care of all sins, past, present, and future, forever more. THAT is why He sent Jesus.

I believe He is indeed God.

Because the Old Testament law required a blood sacrifice for the atonment of sins. The Jews were an agricultural people and their value was in their livestock, so by sacrificing the best animal in their herd they were showing that they were sincere in their apology. Anyone can simply say, "Sorry" but giving up our most valuable possesion goes a long way in proving it, "putting our money where our mouth is" so the saying goes. God giving Christ up on our account reveals to us many things. Instead of the bad shepherd sacrificing the best of his sheep, God gave us the good shepherd to die in the place of the tainted sheep. Also by going to such great lengths to pardon us of our sin, we can tell that God truly cares about our salvation, hence the parable of the lost sheep and the shepherd going out to save just the one. Also it brings to mind God telling Abraham he would save the immoral city if it had a righteous person in it.

Second, no you absolutely cannot use Christ as an excuse to do any sins you want.

"So you must obey them and do everything they tell you. But do not do what they do, for they do not practice what they preach" Matthew 23:2

"Shall we sin because we are not under law but under grace? By no means!" Romans 6:15

"Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says" James 1:22

"Live as free men, but do not use your freedom as a cover-up for evil; live as servants of God" 1st Peter 2:16

"The man who says, "I know him," but does not do what he commands is a liar, and the truth is not in him" 1st John 1:4

"For certain men whose condemnation was written about long ago have secretly slipped in among you. They are godless men, who change the grace of God into a license for immorality and deny Jesus Christ our only Sovereign and Lord" Jude 1:4

More Biblical contradictions---I want to say that I believe in God/Goddess--not Biblical Theology, Doctrine or Dogma. And of course, the teachings of Jesus have much merit and are great life lessons for all of us. Sins?--Well if God created everything, then I guess He created sin as well, and will forgive all of that----so I'm thinking we are all forgiven!----Blessings!

Adam and Eve disobeyed and the punishment was to eventually die.
Before they disobeyed, death was not part of their existence.

(Genesis 2:16-17) And Jehovah God also laid this command upon the man: “From every tree of the garden you may eat to satisfaction. 17 But as for the tree of the knowledge of good and bad you must not eat from it, for in the day you eat from it you will positively die.”

Because Adam was perfect. it would take another p[erfect man to ' buy back' for us the right to again live without death.

Jesus paid this price. And we will see the results after Armageddon.
(Revelation 21:4) And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.”

This applies only to the 'righteous'
.

this universe had its own laws.
Sins shud be paid by the blood. Before Christ, they killed animals so their blood will flow and thats the sign that human asking forgiveness from God.

But, after Jesus, the one and only clean human without sin, and had the God's spirit inside, being killed and His blood flow, then every human belief and ask for God's grace in Jesus blood, will receive forgiveness.
