Here lately i've been having dreams of some of my ex's. I have been divorced for 9 years and I've had dreams of my ex husband. And I've also had some dreams of my ex boyfriends. Nothing x-rated just hanging out having a good time. My wedding anniversary would've been the beginning of July. And I have also talked to a ex boyfriends sister a couple weeks ago and he admitted to her he messed up and wants her to try to hook us up again we haven't dated for 17 years. I haven't seen any of my ex's (the ones I've had dreams about) in like 5 years or more. Just wandering why all the sudden I would be dreaming about them. Not unless its cause of the above situations.

it is perfectly normal, you see, dreams are reflection of desires or memories, so the best explanation is you have to let go the good and bad memories and maybe talk to him to give closure to your situation, forgive and be forgiven, good luck

it's very normal. me and my ex have been broken up for 7 months now and our break up had no real closure so when i dream about him it's usually with him appearing in my home just looking at me from a distance and then he nods for me to follow him . As I follow him around a corner or outside he just disappears. i can't tell you how many nights I've woken crying and hurt. it's normal dreaming about your ex. i think it's because although in reality we are no longer with them, our hearts still carry so many memories of what was and maybe even what we wish could be.

Yes it is ok. When you dream, you only dream about things that are stored in your long term memory. They do not appear in your dreams in a chronological order, and that is why the content of our dreams are mostly illogical. You can't control what will you be dreaming either, so I don't think you should be worrying over this matter.

I dream about my ex sometimes. I think it's completely normal. Especially if you've just seen them or something in relation.
