If you have managed to take the picture then your camera has some internal memory independent from the memory card. You must look at the menu of the camera, it probably has an option to copy the photos stored in the internal memory onto the memory card. The actual items in the menu depend on the camera model.

Unless your camera has an internal memory, you cannot take pictures without a card. Your question, as I read it, is therefore basically meaningless - it's a little like asking how do you take a picture with a film camera withouf film.

You can't... you need a usb cord. You can probably purchase one at your local electronic store. Digi cams these days have the typical usb cable to connect to pc.
You might also need a software/driver for the specific camera which you can usually find if you google it. Example: 'Canon Model # driver'
