No. If the occasion arises that the blouse(shirt for non-military) is supposed to come off because of the heat index, or any other situation for uniform modification, she would be out of uniform. Just like males are issued underwear, females are issued bras, it part of thier uniform. AR 40-61

In the Army we are told to only wear a sports bra , but unlike most of my female battles I need the extra suppport, so I wear my sports bra and bra ..is it right not to wear one? it is their choice , but me I want and need the extra support .
