(I Should mention that im a bit hazy on the details so none of what im saying is set in Stone.) It came on around the same time as power rangers and Big Bad Beetleborgs (Flash of Nostalgia), and featured a Black-suited Hero wearing a bug-like helmet who rode a motorcycle. And for some reason i remember him being Ant like. Any Guesses or Help would be appreciated.

Not the Tick, Although that is one of my favorites. This was a Live Action -- one of those really cheaply Made ones -- like power rangers and Beetleborgs.

I Found It! It's Called Masked Rider; an update of a Japaneses show called Kamen Riders. Had to spend three hours going through everything on Retrojunk.com, but i got to relive a large chunk of my childhood -- all those shows. Thanks for the effort everyone who answered.

I can vaguely remember that show...but all I can think of is Beetleborgs. Sorry...

The only ones I remember from that time is one of these Beetle Borgs, V F Troopers, or Goose Bumps.
