I turn 11 in 2 months, and I am 4'8. What is a healthy weight for me?

I know it sounds rediculous, but, all my friends are really skinner! They look anerexic. and I just want to be at least, aware if I am at a healthy weight. Also I haven't gone through puberty so I'm not growing as fast as my friends causing them to lose weight and me to gain.

Consulting a growth chart, I see that your height of 4'8" is almost exactly the median (middle) value for 11-year-old girls. The median weight for 11-year-old girls is 84 pounds. If you're anywhere from 74 to 94 pounds, you're a typical, healthy weight.

Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at http://www.fit-thin.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 4.95$ shipping and handling.
Good luck!

i know people say dont' worry, and i dont' actually remember myself worrying when i was 11. but you should commit yourself to healthy eating. get yourself a good start, you'll be relieved when you go to high school.
