I've attached a link to what states have tax-free weekends, since I don't know what state you are in.

It varies by state (since sales tax is paid to the state and local gov - there is no federal sales tax). Here it was either last weekend or is this coming weekend.

In Missouri, it is this weekend. It only applies to state taxes, local taxes are city by city as to whether they want to do it or not.

That depends upon the state where you are living or shopping. If you're in MO, it's this coming weekend.

It's a state program, so each state choosed the time if they have it at all. Check your state website.
