What is the most difficult ancient Greek text?

Assuming you are talking about translation difficulties I would say all the ancient greek plays because the translator needs to convey the sense of rhythm of the language as well as the meaning and the poetry of the text.

What do you mean by difficult, translation, meaning or reality? Plato's writings about Atlantis might be considered difficult or you might consider one of the many other Greek writers as difficult to place in time or accuracy....

The point is that there are many Greek texts, dealing with a variety of subjects, and to determine what is most difficult is a rather open ended question. For example a text was recently uncovered that is attributed to Aristotle, but was erased by a christian scribe and overwritten ad a prayer book, then illuminated by a forger... this text is being submitted to all sorts of ground breaking technologies to try to determine the original text.

Well, I guess if you look at it by decade it probably changed quite a bit over time. I'm very interested in seeing if anyone has an answer for this!
