some times while im just sitting on what ever, i feel strange for like 3 secs... (i know whats about to happen though)
then when i look at something my vision jumps from left and right rapidly and when i move my head (not my eyes) it stops.
if i move my eyes it continue to shake.

its very irritating.

but it doesnt last no longer than 5 mins
anyone know what this it?

Not exactly, no.
Possibilities, if it is troubling or worsens, yes.

An intermittent nystagmus or an oculogyric crisis describe the sort of areas for consideration.

Depending on how long you've had it the most likely cause isn't an eye problem at all, but an anomaly of the vestibular (balance) function of the ears, causing a conflict of reporting of movement between the eyes and the ears, as happens in vertigo.
The eyes wobble if cold or warm water is poured into *one* ear. This is used as a test for nerve function.
Oculogyric crises occur, rarely, in a variety of conditions, possibly now most often as a side effect of medication.
The eyes "lock" briefly in a particular position, most commonly upward in one or both eyes.

It would take medical investigation to close in on the particular cause.

go to a doctor or an optometrist, might be an issue.
