I burned my skin on a car cigarette lighter (it hurt) theres a brown mark will it stay forever?

the brown mark won't stay forever, but once it heals you might end up with a scar. it doesn't sound like it's burned too badly though, so probably not.

Usually a scar will be left behind if it's a 3rd degree burn (involves all layers of skin), sometimes if it's a 2nd degree burn (first two layers of skin, blister after about 2 days), but not a 1st degree burn (like a sunburn, dermis only -- red surface).

Your outer layer of skin cells quickly regenerates so the burned skin will be replaced by new skin eventually, however if the burn is deep enough it could cause a scar.

I have used vitamin E to reduce scarring, with good results. You should use the vitamin E capsules. Break capsule open and put the pure vitamin on the mark. Continue for several weeks. Do no use a vitamin E cream, use the pure vitamin from the capsules.

it's only a superficial burn. it'll gradually fade away. it would take some time, though. there are over the counter creams to help it fade faster. ask your local pharmacist for recommended products.
