Karma (loosely) states that if you do things you think are evil, then in the next life you will return as someone or something that has a worse circumstance than you do now.

Alternatively, if you do things that are perceived as good then you have a chance at coming back as something or someone with a better life than you have now.

Forget what you WANT to come back as...you know if you've been good or bad...what do you THINK you DESERVE to come back as?

I think I'll be coming back to a better situation in my next life. I'm fairly convinced that previous to this one I told the Gods "Bring it on!". They brought it, and I think I've done pretty well with it so far. I'll settle for a life that has fewer worries than this one.Preferably, an otter.

I think I deserve to come back as a tree in a forest, untouched by man.

I would be free of stress and my soul would have a chance to recover and meditate on the greatness of the universe. I would enjoy the sun and warm weather in the warm months and nap, turning to inward thought during the cold months.

There would be no concerns over money or power. All the fears and concerns of this life would be washed away with the first summer rain.

Well, if reincarnation is true I want to be an eagle. I can fly all over the desert and catch my victims, whomever I want. Or, the person who shoots me is going to cost an arm and leg. Or if I end up in a zoo I can poop on passing people. Ah, the life of an eagle.

I don't think karma affects future lives, I think it affects our current life. However, when I come back, I think I'd like to be a tree, living in a forest with lotsof nice other trees in a forest in Wyoming.
