It depends on the wording of the particular temporary ban, but it could be anything from a fine to instant trip to jail. Plus, if your fire starts a larger fire, you can be billed for every dollar it costs to fight that fire, which could be hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Stop wondering.

I'm actually with the Police Enforcement.....we too have a Fire Ban in effect, you will get fined a minimum of 250 dollars to 1000 dollars...depending on the size of the fire.

In my city, we can have an enclosed fire but it has to be for cooking food, so have we have a pack of hotdogs or marshmellows by our side. Check there may be a loop hole that will work, but you have to check you local laws. It could be also because it is so dry in areas you just can't do it. Why not just follow what the law says?

Depends what the local law says about it. Could be a fine. Could be jail time or community service. Could be both.

You would be forced to pay any fines levied against you by your local government or be denied your right to freedom by being placed in an American prison.

In short, don't "tick" off the government. Their sole function is to hurt you and I.

You could get burnt. In more ways than one.
