This is a question in metaphysics, not engineering. When was the last time you saw God lifting a stone in the first place? BTW, power full is spelled powerful.

weight is only a function of the gravity of the planet, so a very heavy object on earth can be very light, say on the moon, or other planet.
so God doesn't have to be all powerful to lift it. He just have to know which planet has low gravity and tell you to meet him/her on that planet with your 'heavy' object. He can outsmart you!

The question is moot.
There is no all powerful force (call it god if you want to) that can both obey and defy the laws of physics.
