you get a guy by being yourself!!!!! I found a guy who never once asked me to change and I love him and he loves me!!!

You don't. Guys aren't something you go out and get or own. You find someone who has the same interests you have, that you can talk to, that you have compatible personalities, and you go out on a few casual dates to test the waters.
