I'm 14 yrs old and weigh aprox. 130 lbs. I'm nowhere close to fat but i don't exercise and i notice myself gaining very very slowly. Could you just give me some thing i can do to keep fit and to not get fat. i don't need to be buff or run a mile in 5 minutes but i just want to get a little bit fitter and not gain more weight. help meout with some daily plans of exercise and stuff.

p.s. i have a treadmill if that helps. i don't like to use it but i will if you reccomend it. i start school soon and i won't have time for it so it would help if you gave me a non treadmill plan. thanks for all non-stupid help.

If you are healthy, you might consider ramping up into a regular aerobic exercise routine. Pick exercises that are aerobic but fun for you. Incorporate this into your regular routine.

You should exercise 20-50 minutes per day, five days a week. The treadmill is a good form of aerobic activity and you can watch movies or listen to a radio. Look up "aerobic exercise" on the Internet. Essentially, you want to elevate your heart rate and breathing for a block of time. I recommend that you avoid exhaustion and keep your heart rate toward the minimum of the recommended heart rate range for you.

Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at
http://www.get-slender.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 4.95$ shipping and handling.
Good luck!
