so, always the curious type person I clicked on the link that someone provided above. i had already researched this pill and had learned that it just makes you have terribly loose bowels. so youre skinnier but you cant go farther than 3 feet from your bathroom so why bother? remember the last fda approved diet pill? phen phen. oh oh, so sorry, it damages heart valves. anyway, here is a little excerpt from the article:

A simplified medical description of the drug is that it's a fat blocker. It stops your body from absorbing some of the fat in your diet. It doesn't burn calories. But fat that would have otherwise been absorbed by your body... isn't. Because fat contains calories, less calories will go into your body.

But here's the most important thing the drug does: it makes you **** oil. Worse, it makes you sh!t your pants. With oil.

This is not the ravings of some fringe conspiracy group -- this is what the company tells you itself on its website. "Buy our drug if you want to lose weight. Oh, by the way, you'll end up shi!!ing your pants."

so I will stick to what works for me. Atkins and weight watchers

I haven't taken it, but I have heard that it has TERRIBLE side effects. It seems like something is wrong with every diet pill out there. I think the best way to lose weight is to do it the old-fashioned way with diet and exercise.

I came across this great product for weight loss and it was excellent for me. Together with a good diet and exercise I am finally happy with my body and the way I look. You should check this product at
http://www.health-fit.info , they have a free trial and you only pay 4.95$ shipping and handling. A must!

Luckily I don't have to diet. If I did, I wouldn't touch it. The best diet is to eat less food and exercise. There is no magic pill.

I believe Xenical, the prescription form, is twice as strong, but, since I wasn't motivated to cut back consistently in my diet, it did not help.
