should I go there?

I am getting a bus home for this weekend- but there is this big competeition down town and this guy I liked alot in high school ( but embarrassed myself infront of him) will be there. I want to go- but I dont want to look desperate if he is there- and I am almost sure he will be there. Should I go or not? Sorry for the lame question.... But if he saw me there would he think I was desperate?

Go home and be happy . Try to get a new person in your life and get rid of the old one.Think about the future.The past is yesterday and you're not going to waste time.
