I'm only fifteen years old and I might have polycystic ovarian syndrome.

I'm so scared...you have no idea. Maybe I'm just a baby, but I'm about to cry right now.

I'm getting blood tested tomorrow. Please, please pray for me.

Just prayed for you.

Just remember Philippians 4: 6-7 - "Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus."

I might have an idea of how you are feeling. I was diagnosed with Polymyositis 6 years ago (that's where the immune system eats at the muscles of the body). I couldn't walk and I was told I would be an invalid for the rest of my (what they told me was to be a short) life. I trusted in Jesus and kept praying. Just lean on Him because His grace is sufficient for us for His power is made perfect in weakness. 2 1/2 years later, with God's grace, I went into complete remission of my sickness.

Remember also Jeremiah 29:11 - "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the Lord, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future."

You'll be alright. =)

God bless you!

Of course you are afraid -it is a scarey thing and be assured I, and I am sure many others reading this even if they don't write you, will be in prayer for you.

You are not a baby, dear one, God gave us the gift of tears of joy and of sorrow and even our Lord wept though for a different reason.
Crying is actually a good thing for you-it releases the pressure you are under but moreso, please pray and give this over to God and ask that His perfect will be done in your life. If you are a Christian and the diagnoses is positive, He will give you peace and grace in all this that you will not believe! I know from personal experience. Cry out to Him and know that He is with you right now and while He could heal you instantly if you are found to be positive, He allows fiery trials for many reasons-to bring us to Him to confess and repent of our sins and ask Jesus into our lives-to help us mature and grow in faith (trust) in Him. The bible tell us without faith in Him it is impossible to please Him. So right now is the time to put yourself in His hands and have His peace. Let us know how things come out and I am praying for you
dear one. He will never leave you nor foresake you. No one can come unto the Father but through Jesus Christ and may His loving arms hold and comfort you and give you peace that goes beyond human understanding that only He can give. Give your fear and tears over to Him and leave them there, that is what trust is. You cannot carry this baggage alone. God bless you dear.I am holding you close to my heart, Susie.

Consider it done... it's not as big as a deal as one might think. I have two friends who deal with it and there's not any real problem. However, Jesus died to redeem us all from the curse of sickness, so plan on hearing a negative report...Now as for that needle .... :)

Dearest girl,,,who wouldn't cry? I ask God to give you courage and strength to get you through this. Give your burden to Jesus and let him take you through...I usually just pray:

"Jesus, I can't handle this, so I am turning this problem over to you. I am not going to worry about it, because I know you will take care of it for me...in Jesus name,,,Amen..."

If I were one to pray, I certainly would.
Seeing as I'm not, I can tell you I'm giving you my best wishes and really thinking about you and your family as I write this.

Be well!
