ok i know im not fat, but not skinny. im all legs i have a 36" inseam. i have no middle . but i have love handles. i hate them. everyone at school says im the stick with love handles. and i love to wear dresses but i cant wear ones that have a waist cut. they have to like cut off at the chest.or my handles like pop out. i want my love handles to go away. idk maybe i am fat what do you think 5 9 1/2 and 135 , 139 on my fat days 132 on my good days. can you help!

You're not really fat . . . you can maybe trim down if you go outside and walk for about an hour per day. I suspect your diet is balanced enough that just doing something like walking or riding a bike for about an hour per day will make you lose weight. Good night!

I would definitely say you don't sound overweight. I'm also 5' 9 1/2" and weigh about 134. I don't have the love handle issue though. . . .

My suggestion is go to the gym! Try some crunches, where you lift up and twist at the waist. There are a few of the machines that you can use that really work your ab muscles, and can help tone your problem areas.

Sounds like you just needa little reshaping. let me give you some tips to work on those love handles. Laying on you sides do the bicyle pedal start with the count of 20 on each side and increase daily. Not hard. but it will help the fit of clothes will tell you it is working. Also kneel with torso extended. keep body straight and lean b ack about 12 to 18 inches till it pulls hold to the count of 8 or 10 do 5 repeats. Increase weekly till you get to 10. It may help to hold to arms out straight out in front of you.
You are not fat.
Keep smiling and all will be looking at your face not the small imperfection you can correct soon.
Princess styler dresses will work well or enpire style dresses will cover on the heavy days. All women have those days be proud your are a woman:)

Need some exercise. It will burn off some of the love handles, and perhaps buff up your legs.

135 is light for your height. I have niece your height who is 145 and slim.

i know, im overweight.

i cant loose weight, ive tried.

it really sucks.

you sound a LOT skinnier than me.

if you have a good boyfriend that says youre beautiful, it makes you feel better. :)

go to www.body-for-life.com and www,eating-for-life.com both of these sites will help you get fit and don't worry about what everybody says trimv it before school...and if you worry about what you look like what do you think if you lose before schooll...go get 'em girl...prove to your self you can do it...anyway i think you just fine at whatever your weight is....
