only one way - healthy diet and cardio - we cant spot reduce body fat naturally (lipo is the only way) so to get rid of fat in certain areas you have to lower your body fat percentage
find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio is the only fat burning exercise and burns fat all over your body (running, jogging, swimming, spinning, elliptical etc) 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Well if your a male and you want to lose the love handles and stomach fat then you need to limit your carb intake and drink alot of water because water can for one trick your body into being full, it also help yours metabolism. One of the best ways to lost weight is by lifting weights, It tightens your muscles, burns calories while your sleeping as well because your body is trying to repair torn tissue from the lifting. Cardio is very overrated in that its easy to get burnt out by it. Keep your regime simple.... Such as stay under 100 carbs a day and lift weights for 10 min. and do some cardio for another ten. If you keep things simple your more likely to stick with it and before your know it your endorphins will have you workout out like crazy.

Eat healthily with lots of veggies, lean meat and complex carbs and brisk walk. They will increase your metabolism rate and burn fats.
I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.
Details such as meals, recipes, walking as an exercise and to shape the body etc etc, are in my blog

Hi,
I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at http://www.fit-thin.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 4.95$ shipping and handling.
Good luck!

80% of losing weight is diet and how well you eat.. but exercising plays ahuge role as well.. do side crunched.. stand up and lift your leg to the side and bring your knee to you elbow.. do as many as you can then switch side.. im telling you it really works!! for even faster results use 3 or 5 lb weight!!
good luck!
