soak your foot in hot water with epsom salts for 20 mins. Trim the toenail back as much as you can (cut it across, not in an oval). It should come out.

The docotor will precibe a antibioic if it does not get better

You could always try twizzers. If you can't get it out that way and it's not causing a lot of pain you could just leave it there and eventually it will come out on it's own. (I got a splinter under my finger nail once and I couldn't get it out, so I left it and it came out on it's own.) Or if it is causing a lot of pain you can always get it removed by a doctor. well belive it or not i just got a splinter out of my toenail like 20 miniutes ago!!! what i did was put drawing salve (go to a pharmacy and ask at the counter) on my whole nail then wrapped it in band aids or paper towls(tape them) and then i cut my nail and eventually my mom and dad like tweezed it out of my toe!!! good luck you may want to try neosporin for the pain!!!

That is a tough one. If I were you, I would probably soak my foot in peroxide. Let the peroxide work the stlinter on by bubbling it out.

get a sewing needle and a thingy to pull it out with. putthe needle in the fire to clean it and try and get it that way.

if you can see it try tweezers if not get your health nurse to check it out or your DR
