My girlfriend and I made out a few days ago and afterwards when she went home I called her and she seem mad or dissapointed. After I think about it, I feel that I am a horrible kisser and she might of been dissapointed because she expected a good kiss. I dont think I know how to make out. How do you do it? Please help!

If she's pissed off about something petty like that - then she is a VERY shallow person.
Move on to someone who actually CARES about something other than herself ;););)

at leas you admit your not a good kisser, way too many guys think they are good kissers just because their partner says so. (they are doing it to be nice to you, plus how do they know? they would need to have had a lot of different partners to really tell a good kisser). Also, there is no universally good kisser. Different women like different things. There are a few INCREDIBLY important things though
1. FRESH BREATH IS A MUST
2. don't go too far too fast, start with more gentle kissing
3. try not to make her uncomfortable
4. never tell her to her face she is a bad kisser or has bad breath (at least not until you get to a point in a relationship where you can take "constuctive criticism" - that takes a while)

French kissing is when you put your tounge in his/her mouth and then wiggle with it insude his/her mouth. open your mouth and slide your tounge between his/her lips. Then go under and above his/her toung and stroke his/her upper and lower lip with your tounge... that's how it works. approximatelly... I mean you may start from that
A FEW TIPS
Well here are a few sorry there not in order!!
1. Have fresh breath(put a mint in ur purse or a gum..JUST 2 B PREPARED)
2. when u do a french kiss..use the tongue gently and dont put it all the way in the mouth otherwise hell choke :S! and just do circular motions with ur tongues. be careful not 2 bump noses!
3 ALWAYS BREATHE!
4.apply some good flavour lip balm! ;-)
5 Always swollow ur saliva otherwise it would be all slobbery wouldn't want that :S
6. don't keep ur tongue in 4 too long That just makes it all slobbery and ruins everything. Its just awful
7.GUYS LUV it when girls get aggressiv maybe bite his tip ever so gently!!
8.Guys luv it when u push ur body extremily close 2 theirs!!
9. tickle their pallet a.k.a the top of there mouth
10. dont open ur eyes its rude to stare!
What to do with ur hands;
U have a few options either'
1put them up his shirt and massage stomache major turn on!!
2around his neck
3 on his face (very sex-aay)
4 run ur fingers through his hair
He'll have his wandering hand too so he mite put it on ur boobs and if ur uncomfortable with that just put his hand where u ar comfortable

For one are you sure it wasnt something else that made her dissapointed.. firstly i think you should ask her.
if she says it waas your kissing then you just have to concentrate until you get better.
Dont open your mouth the widest you can.
make sure you swallow your spit.
Dont go nuts with your tongue.. nice slow and kinda massaging.
make sure your breath doesnt stink.
make sure you dont just sit there with your tongue in her mouth not doing anything.. or for too long.. go into different kisses alot.. taht makes it more interesting.
